This Privacy Policy describes how Techknowgreen Solutions Limited, operating the SusT protocol and portal (“SusT”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), collects, uses, processes, stores, and protects information in connection with the SusT website, portal, dashboards, verification systems, and related digital infrastructure (collectively, the “Platform”).

1. Information Collected

We may collect and process information including user identification and contact information, organisation details, service and verification-related information, environmental and MRV data submitted for verification purposes, technical and device information, login and access records, wallet addresses where applicable, and any information voluntarily submitted through the Platform.

2. Purpose of Use

Information collected is used solely for the purposes of operating the Platform, managing user accounts, conducting environmental verification and MRV processes, facilitating token issuance, conversion and redemption processes, maintaining system security and auditability, preventing fraud and misuse, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, and communicating with users regarding Platform operations and services.

3. Blockchain Records

SusT uses blockchain infrastructure for anchoring verification references and token lifecycle events. Only cryptographic hashes, verification references, and non-personal metadata may be recorded on blockchain systems. Blockchain records are immutable and cannot be altered or deleted once recorded.

4. Data Storage

Verification documents, environmental data, and user records are stored off-chain on secure systems with controlled access. Data is retained only for as long as necessary for operational, audit, contractual, and legal purposes. The private wallet keys, mnemonic phrases, or any other kind of passwords are strictly not saved in our backend databases.

5. Disclosure of Information

Information may be shared with authorised verifiers, auditors, technology service providers, infrastructure partners, professional advisors, and regulatory authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data Protection

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures in accordance with applicable laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
