These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the SusT website, portal, dashboards, verification systems, and related services (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of the Platform
SusT is a digital verification and recognition infrastructure designed to record and recognise verified environmental actions, services, and impacts. The Platform does not operate as a financial service, payment system, exchange, trading platform, banking service, or investment platform.
2. User Obligations
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information, submit genuine documentation for verification purposes, use the Platform only for lawful purposes, and not attempt to manipulate verification systems, gain unauthorised access, disrupt the Platform, or misuse any part of the system.
3. Tokens
SusT tokens represent verified environmental actions, services, or impacts and are designed as non-financial recognition units at launch. Tokens do not constitute currency, legal tender, securities, investment contracts, payment instruments, stored value, or financial derivatives, and do not provide ownership rights, profit rights, dividends, or financial returns.
4. Verification and Revocation
Tokens issued on the basis of incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information may be revoked or burned following review and governance procedures.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property relating to SusT, including software, token design, MRV framework, portal, documentation, branding, and systems, is owned by Techknowgreen Solutions Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. SusT shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to system downtime, blockchain network issues, regulatory changes, verifier actions, user errors, wallet access loss, cybersecurity incidents, or third-party services.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the Platform, token rules, verification requirements, governance mechanisms, and these Terms at any time.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
